Our new default settings feature allows you to preconfigure essential capture parameters including default interface language and preferred camera orientation (front/rear). We’ve also enhanced media handling with multi-media upload support, giving your customers the flexibility to share various types of content in a single session. Additionally, you can now choose between single-use and persistent capture links, perfect for both one-time feedback collection and ongoing customer support channels. To ensure optimal performance, we’ve added customizable maximum duration settings for both video and audio recordings, helping you manage upload sizes while maintaining quality.
